Trellis

Trellis is an AI-powered image-to-3D generation tool that converts 2D images into professional-quality 3D models with detailed geometry and realistic textures. Upload a photo or illustration, and Trellis generates a complete 3D asset with full PBR (Physically-Based Rendering) materials — including base color, metallic, roughness, and alpha maps — in one to three minutes.

The platform uses "Structured Latents" (SLAT) technology with powerful vision encoders trained on over 500,000 diverse objects, using up to 2 billion parameters. This allows it to maintain structural integrity and produce intricate detail across a wide variety of subjects — from characters and props to architectural elements and product shots.

Trellis supports multiple export formats including GLB, OBJ, STL, GLTF, USDZ, and PLY, making the generated models compatible with virtually any 3D workflow — game engines, 3D printing, AR/VR, and professional rendering software. The platform also includes local editing capabilities for post-generation refinement of geometry, textures, and shading.
